This week we began with the man through the roof story healing of the paralysed man from mark 2 1 12. The friends climbed up an outside staircase and dug a hole through the roof. The bible says that after digging through the roof the men lowered the mat that the paralyzed man was lying on down to where jesus was. The man is literally let down through the roof under the careful control of his concerned friends and into a situation controlled by the lord jesus christ.

His friends believed that jesus could make him well but they couldn t even get in the door. This is a lesson about the friends bringing a man that couldn t walk to see jesus but there were so many people they had to put a hole in the roof and let him down.
