The main problem is that the door does not physically shut fully.

When locking the door the indicator wont flash as it should be but do 1 flash when unlocking as normal. So sometimes it will not unlock remotely more importantly sometimes it will not lock remotely so i need to manually lock it inside first. The physical lock unlock buttons work ok from inside. You will need to connect red and green wires door locks perfectly and open door light in dash is not illuminated.

Lite on the dash switch wont turn on anymore. Initially tested by putting wire across terminals and figured out that green and red turned the open door light off in the dash. My vito had some central locking problem and fixed. If just one lock won t open on your mercedes then the problem may rest with broken wiring a bad solenoid or perhaps with a blown fuse.

Push you see it catch push more you see it close a little further. You can try this with a screw driver shaft into the the receiver the u clasp engages with.
