My Garage Door Won T Open When I Press The Button

I tried resetting them but now the large button opens both doors at the same time.

Simple but true the remote transmitter needs power to send a signal to your opener. I have 2 craftsman 1 2 hp door openers each car has a remote and i am trying to get my remote to open with the large button on the remote and my wife s door to open with the other button. If you press the button and the door fails to activate something might be blocking the signal. The remote signal is blocked. My garage door won t open or close the motor runs and the shaft turns bur doesn t engage the chain. When i returned from work today i pushed the button on my remote garage door opener but the door didn t budge.
